Dawn joined the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce team in 1994 in a general administration role covering many aspects of the Chamber’s services to business.

Since then she has trained as a Quality Internal Auditor, helped compile and then manage the Chamber’s Quality Management System. Suffolk Chamber is fully accredited to ISO9001: 2000.

Dawn co-ordinates the Chamber’s client management system and provides administrative support for other business organisations managed by Suffolk Chamber.

Dawn’s main role since 2001 is Website Manager of the Suffolk Network website, www.suffolknetwork.co.uk. Suffolk Chamber members’ company profiles are included in the Directory section with a direct link to their website. Also, they can further promote their company by posting news, events, member to member offers and job vacancies online.

Karen has been with Suffolk Chamber of Commerce since 1992. Her main involvement is with certification and legalisation of export docs but she might be best known for organising the Chamber's programme of events.
