The Kesgrave Conference Centre was the venue for today's eBusiness event. Many thanks to the Kesgrave Conference Centre and to Rita Marsh of Business Link East for making it happen. A lovely venue with all of the technology built in, friendly helpful staff and a great lunch too!
The first presentation, by Bill Bateson of the internet marketing company, was about the main forms of Internet marketing and why use Internet marketing (as opposed to conventional marketing)?
At the end of the session, everyone had a good idea of what they need to do to ensure their business succeeds online.
The second presentation, by Rob Masson of MI, covered the fundamentals of ebusiness success. We were taken through a whistle stop tour of exactly what we need to know in order to structure, populate, otimise and market our website, automate our sales process and up sell and cross sell in this increasingly 'multi-channel' world in which our customers now live.
